We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our policy on refunds and cancellations below. 

 

1. Cancellation of Orders You may cancel your order at any time before it enters production. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be canceled. Refunds If your order is canceled before it enters production, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the order. If your order has already entered production, we cannot issue a refund. 

2. Quality Issues If there are any quality issues with your 3D printed model, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request that you send us photos of the issue. If we determine that the quality issue was caused by an error on our part, we will either reprint the model or issue a full refund. 

3. Shipping Issues If your 3D printed model is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping provider to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or reprint of the model.
